Joseph John Manalil is the CEO & Managing Director of BBW Brushes Pvt. Ltd., based in Bengaluru.

A Computer Engineer from Pune University, Joseph combines a strong technology foundation with extensive international business experience. During his 18+ years in the technology industry, he undertook assignments across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Malaysia in diverse technology and sales roles.

His international experience across technology, enterprise solutions and customer-facing leadership provided a strong foundation for his transition into entrepreneurship and manufacturing.

Today, Joseph leads BBW with a focus on innovation, customer value and sustainable growth, while building the company into a globally respected enterprise.
